A Place for You Adult Day Care & Rehabilitation Center is a family owned and operated program that offers medical, nutritional, social, and transportation services to adults in need of supervised care during the day. Our program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all ages who require assistance and care.
Together as a TEAM of advocates we have established a unique community based program for adults who need assistance and supervised care in a safe environment during the day. Too often, adult day care services are misunderstood as being just for older people. While the people who attend some centers are often older adults, disability is not limited to older adults.
A Place for You Adult Day Care and Rehabilitation Center provides medical, nutritional, social, and transportation services to adults who need supervised care in a safe environment during the day. The program makes available cost effective care, while supporting individual autonomy. At A Place for You Adult Day Care and Rehabilitation Center we strive to delay or prevent re-hospitalization, and institutionalization by providing alternative care.
The therapeutic programs we provide are designed to increase function and independence through the use of purposeful and meaningful activities. Our therapeutic programs promote cognitive stimulation, physical activity, social interaction, enhanced self-esteem, purpose, and creative expression through arts and crafts. Comprehensiveness and attention to detail complete the center's holistic approach in all of our programs.

Yoni Gonzalez
Founder
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including a decade dedicated to Adult Day Health Services, Mr. Gonzalez has been instrumental in policy-making, advocacy, and improving access to ADH services at both local and national levels. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Mr. Gonzalez brings specialized expertise to his role, providing Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders training to students and staff.
Mr. Gonzalez serves on the Board of Directors for both the National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) and the Florida Adult Day Services Association (FADSA). In these roles, he has collaborated with national and local leaders to highlight the importance of ADH services. He has worked directly with the Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA), the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), and the Governor's Office to develop guidelines and resources, acting as a liaison between ADH centers and governmental agencies.
Mr. Gonzalez holds a degree in Healthcare Services Administration with a minor in Information Technology. His commitment to the field is further demonstrated through his roles as Chair of the Marketing Committee at NADSA and Chair of the Board of Directors at FADSA. Additionally, he is an active board member of the Hispanic IDEALL Community Advisory Board with the Alzheimer's Association.

Mrs. Rave is a dedicated and seasoned professional with over 8 years of invaluable experience in the adult day care industry. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she brings specialized knowledge and expertise to her role. With half of her career spent in a leadership role as a Facility Administrator, Mrs. Rave has consistently demonstrated her commitment to enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals and their families through compassionate care and effective management.
In addition to her professional achievements, Mrs. Rave has actively contributed to the community as a member of the Alzheimer's Association Walk Committee for the past 6 years.
As the Facility Administrator at A Place for You Adult Day Care and Rehab Center Corp., Mrs. Rave has spearheaded numerous initiatives and played a pivotal role in elevating the quality of care provided to our elderly clients.
