A Place for You Adult Day Care & Rehabilitation Center is a family owned and operated program that offers medical, nutritional, social, and transportation services to adults in need of supervised care during the day. Our program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all ages who require assistance and care.
Together as a TEAM of advocates we have established a unique community based program for adults who need assistance and supervised care in a safe environment during the day. Too often, adult day care services are misunderstood as being just for older people. While the people who attend some centers are often older adults, disability is not limited to older adults.
Our program provides medical, nutritional, social, and transportation services to adults who need supervised care in a safe environment during the day. The program makes available cost effective care, while supporting individual autonomy. Striving to delay or prevent re-hospitalization, and institutionalization by providing alternative care.
The therapeutic programs we provide are designed to increase function and independence through the use of purposeful and meaningful activities. Our therapeutic programs promote cognitive stimulation, physical activity, social interaction, enhanced self-esteem, purpose, and creative expression through arts and crafts.
